Assistance with the use of audiovisual resources
Every UvA location has employees who manage the audiovisual technology in the lecture and workgroup rooms. Is this your first time using audiovisual equipment? If so, you can request via the Service Desk FS startup support five working days in advance. Are you dealing with a malfunction, equipment that is not working or do you need help? If so, call the Service Desk FS as well. An on-site employee will then come to the room to assist you.
How do you integrate video into your lectures?
Before you use recordings and videos in teaching, it is advisable to think about the way you will do this. The Teaching & Learning Centre of your faculty offers support.
Access all the forms you need to report malfunctions, submit and keep track of reports: www.uva.nl/fs-notifications.
