Video production and advice (Audiovisual Centre, AVC)

Do you want to have a video or animation made? Or do you want advice on the use of video in teaching or research? The AudioVisual Centre (AVC) is the production and expertise centre of the UvA where sound and vision is concerned.

What can the AVC do for you?

The AVC has two video studios, a sound studio and two video montage suites and can help you with a range of services related to sound and vision. For example:

  • Making videos and animations 
  • Having 360° videos made 
  • Video recordings with a Lightboard 
  • Arranging live broadcasts 
  • Media training 
  • Voice-over recording and audio editing 
  • Realisasing promotion clips, MOOCs, micro lectures, web lectures, webinars and video training
  • Advice on deploying AV in teaching and research 
  • AV support for congresses and symposiums (within and outside the UvA)
