Social safety: courses, workshops and resources for teams
Appreciation and trust are important, in the workplace as well as at home. How do we work together? And how do we create a healthy team spirit, including respect for each other's differences? Guidelines can create clarity, as can making well as making room to discuss inappropriate behavior. As a team you can work on these things in various ways:
This workshop is about the potential of our brain, and about disengaging with and avoiding your work. Central is what you can do as a team to stimulate each other to work (together) with an open mindset. Afterwards you will leave with a fresh outlook on your work as a team. The duration of the workshop is 1.5 hours.
In this workshop, teams are helped to map their conscious and unconscious patterns, the so-called 'unwritten rules'. The team culture is mapped out using a model and this is followed by a discussion about which patterns can be adjusted in order to strengthen the team. The durations of the workshop is 3 hours.
Playful comments and well-intentioned gestures don't always go down well. So what kind of behaviour is acceptable, and what isn't? In this digital game you will enter into a dialoue about inappropriate behaviour.
Are you dealing with an unsafe situation and do you need help or support? The social safety support guide lists various people and organisations you can turn to as a staff member. You can also contact a confidential advisor.
