Has your device been lost or stolen? Please report it immediately to the Service Desk ICT Services.

In connection with a possible data leak, report the loss of any device containing work data as soon as possible to the Service Desk ICT Services on 020-525 1402, or outside office hours via uva.nl/icts-selfservice.

Also take the following steps:

  • Change the password of your UvAnetID, and passwords of any other accounts.
  • Delete company and personal data on the device via the search and encryption function of your mobile phone (iPhone/iPad / Android).
  • Immediately contact Detron by phone on 020-525 1459 to have your mobile phone's SIM card blocked.
  • In case of theft, report it to the police.
  • In case of loss, check via the municipality's website whether the device has been found.
