To log in to the UvA's Microsoft 365 environment, you need a registered guest account. You will receive an invitation for this when you are added to a Team in Microsoft Teams or when you are added by an administrator.
If you work at one of the Shared Service Units and have a main appointment at the AUAS, you can register directly with your AUAS email address. Is this not possible? Then contact the Servicedesk ICT Services: 020 525 1402 of servicedesk-icts@uva.nl. All other AUAS employees need a guest account.
When using a guest account, an additional authentication method is required. Use the Microsoft Authenticator app for this, other methods will not work. How to set up this authentication method can be found in the guides below.
