Service Desk ICTS
The Service Desk ICTS can be approached for questions pertaining to ICT facilities.

ICT Contact persons
The majority of ICT services can only be requested by employees in consultation with the relevant faculty’s ICT contact person.
The ICT contact person’s most important tasks include:
- acting as point of contact for all requests submitted by his/her respective faculty
- submitting requests with financial consequences to ICT service provision
- relaying requests falling outside the domain of ICT service provision to the Faculty Information Manager (FIM)
