Service Desk

The Administration Centre Service Desk can be approached for questions and requests with regard to personnel and administrative matters that concern all UvA employees.

You can ask a question or submit your request via:

  • T: +31 (0)20 525 1404 (Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:30)

The AC Service Desk will always strive to answer your question as soon as possible. However, internal queries might at times be necessary. If an answer cannot be given within four days, you will be duly informed.

Complaints

Complaints about the AC? If so, first contact the AC Service Desk. If after doing so you still feel that your complaint has not been adequately dealt with, please send an email to kwaliteitsmedewerker-ac@uva.nl.
