Kaltura (video platform)

Kaltura is a modern video platform. It is a durable state-of-the-art solution for or creating video or audio by teachers, supporters and students.

Kaltura works very well with Canvas. As a teacher you can easily offer videos within your courses. It is also possible to make annotations for videos or to compose a video quiz. The videos can be viewed on all different devices. There are two ways to use Kaltura. Within Canvas you can use My Media and Media Gallery and in your web browsers you can use Kaltura via

Minimum system requirements

Kaltura can be used with all devices (Windows and Apple) as long as they meet the basic hardware and software requirements.
